Saunders 2 – Round 18: ‘Blood Money, Pt. 2′

Elena was nearly bored to death her first few days stuck at home, she also missed Fou-Lu… but as the days went on, the feelings waned and the boredom faded.  She helped Claude with her homework, talked to Michael about random things, helped her mother around the house, and watched as Gordon sold off the puppies (much of which was her doing, as she charmed them into it).

Life wasn’t so bad and the newly gained perspective had given Elena plenty to think about.

Michael got to see his mother before he went off to University.  It was actually Lauren’s doing and she had organized it while Gordon would be asleep downstairs, but only after he had agreed.  It was a bittersweet kind of reunion, which Michael nearly grown and Tracey busy with twins at home.  She wanted them to meet, but knew that wouldn’t be possible until Michael was able to make his own decisions.

With Gordon being up all night, Claude eventually took his spot.  It was a little eerie, Gordon thought, how quick Claude was trying to snap into his footsteps.  Michael knew about Gordon, but Elena and Claude… it would be best if they didn’t.  Especially Claude… he’d likely want some part in it.

That was something Lauren and Gordon agreed would never happen.

This proved all the more difficult as Claude’s brithday came around and he grew into a teen.  He was a copy of Gordon, with Henry’s eyes.  A disturbing set of features, to be sure.  He followed Gordon around at night, now that he was able to stay up later.  It was cute, but worrying.

Gordon had become what he was now to prevent any of his children suffering with his fate.  He wouldn’t slip up and let it be in vain.

Note from Mao: Claude looks exactly as Gordon did as a teen, with different hair.  Scary. I had intended to set Michael and Sade up, but realized they were related on both sides and yeah.  Boo.

  1. Poor Michael and Sade, they’d be a cute couple, but being triple second cousins would make it 6x the wrong!

Hmmm, I wonder what Gordon has in mind for Lacie?

Hehe, yeah, unfortunate. Pssh, like you don’t know. :)

  2. Oooh, Roman is really coming into his own, getting Gordon to bump off Lacie. It’s nice that Tracey got to see Michael again, albeit briefly, and it’s really cool that Lauren orchestrated it. Can’t wait to see what Elena gets up to in college…she’s an odd one for sure!

He is, but he’s playing with fire… Gordon isn’t easily manipulated. Lauren isn’t that bad, she seems pretty happy now. As for Elena, she’ll be making some interesting decisions…

  3. Mmmm, Claude is so very handsome. I’ve always thought Gordon was the hottest sim in the hood, but now he’s got some major competition!

Haha, they are carbon copies so far, only Claude’s hair is shorter (for now)!

  4. Oh… there’s something coming up! Lacie, you’d better watch out :)

Indeed, but I think by then it’ll be too late!

  5. Another murder plot? ._. This is getting interesting [as if it hadn't gotten interesting many rounds ago...]

LOL, this hood loves keeping me on my toes.

  6. Lacie’s days are numbered! Poor Gordon, now he has to worry about his children finding out and Roman as well! I find it funny how Andersons and the Saunders always end up dealing with each other in crime and marriage :D

Very true! The Andersons and Saunders can’t avoid each other, despite the disdain that carries between them…

  7. I love that Roman was smart enough to get a professional to get rid of Lacie’s fresh self. YES!Claude is creepy, he looks so much like Gordon- It sucks that Michael and Sade couldn’t hook up, but oh well.

I’m giving the family tree one more shot, but it’s going to be really hideous- cross your fingers I can Make It Work. ;)

Haha, we’ll see how that one goes. Wow, you’re still attempting that? You’re a brave soul.

  8. God, having a talk of any kind with Gordon would be scaaaary. Angry father vampire criminal…eek. Bad Roman! No murder for you! Even if she does sorta…deserve it….that skankasaurus. Claude is adorable but please, let’s hope he DOESN’T become a Gordon to Gordon’s Janine….Would that make Roman Thomas? …I’m confused.

LOL! “No murder for you!” Lacie definitely deserves it, but Gordon really isn’t liking the idea of murder… hmmm…

  9. Roman! Putting in a request for a murder?! I like that he had to remind himself not get bulldozed by Gordon :) and who’s a better victim than that gold digger!

Gordon is awfully protective of his children, it’s a sweet side to a criminal mastermind turned vamp

Gordon is an imposing figure, even to Roman. Of course, it is easy to forget the child that Gordon was before all this criminal business–he’s only doing what he has to.

  10. Vampire Gordon is hot!

I’m putting in a vote for Michael and Sade.. what’s a little relatedness in the face of what will certainly be a brood of genetically blessed children?

Oh, goodness, I know! You should see Michael as an YA… wow.

  11. My comment! It ate it again! *fume* One more time:
Go Roman! Ding-dong, the god-digger’s dead. Or will be. The kids’ll get over it. I hope. Or we’ll have yet onther Nevio on our hands. And the last thing we need is another Nevio.
Man, Gordon’s scary even when he’s not necessarily trying to be. I’d hate to run into him in a dark alley… or maybe not…
I’m glad Michael got to see his mother, and I hope they can reconnect. Claude is cute, and kinda scary. But maybe he’ll trun out normal. I thought Gordon was normal at one point. I love that he decided to become a vamp so that his children wouldn’t have to be involved. it’s so sweet, and reminiscent of the other Gordon that I knew was buried in there somewhere.

Ack! Why are you comments getting eaten? I’ll check into it. Hahaha, Roman is hoping, but Gordon has his own way of doing things. ;) Gordon isn’t a bad guy, he’s just doing what he has to.
