B.S.U. Campus – Round 20: ‘Sade’s Diary, End’

From Sade’s Online Diary, pulled from SIMplygorgeous.simjournal.com:

Well, here I am, at University.  Don’t expect any great stuff because to be honest, this place is horrible! All they do is nag about books and reading!  What do I look like, a nerd? Even the campus boys can tell I’m much better than silly homework, though I kind of wish they’d stop outright whistling and trying to get my phone number.  Please, really?  I don’t think so.  Not even if any of them were the last source of a compliment on the planet!

I guess I should mention that Kit and Claude are here, too.

Not that it matters much that they are here.  They’re both too busy doing their own things.  Kit actually studies–ha!–and Claude, well, Claude does what he’s always done.  I’d really like if he’d go and do it somewhere else, though.  My gorgeous and delicate nature aren’t meant to be surrounded by silly university hormones.  Yuck.  Isn’t it bad enough they’re making me read books?!

Kit has tried to ‘help’ me, but her idea of help is telling me to do the work.  What kind of help is that?  She lectures me all the time on how I’m going to get kicked out for running off to Aperture for days on end.  So?  It’s better than being here.  She thinks I don’t know her ‘little secret’, but I do.  Everyone thinks I’m some idiot with a gorgeous face.  One part of that is true and I’ll give you no guesses–the gorgeous part!  I am not stupid and I wasn’t born yesterday.  How did they think I wouldn’t find out?

Claude and Kit think they’re being sneaky, but I know better.  Not that I want to!  I used to soak in that hot tub–ewww!  Do you know what kind of nightmares I have now?  No wonder I have to run off to Aperture!

Okay, so it’s mostly to avoid the assignments–they’re horrible!  How am I supposed to know this stuff?  I’m actually kind of glad Patrick sent me packing over to Michael’s.  At least he is smart enough to do them for me.  Sure it took awhile to convince him, but now he doesn’t even question it!  Not that it matters, I forget to hand them in anyway.  That means I have to go to class!  Ew!

See?  I told you that I soaked in that hot tub!  Gross, huh?  As you can see, the annoying boys just won’t leave me alone! Give me a break.  Gross.  Can’t they see I’mfar above them and they’ll never have any hopes of truly basking in my gorgeousness?  As if they’d know what to do with it if they ever did!

Besides, I’m pretty sure I can get Michael to see things my way.  I just need some more time… and Fou-Lu gone.  That shouldn’t be too hard.

Apparently this university can’t handle my gorgeous.  Neither can this journal.  It’s time to face facts–I’m much too gorgeous for all of this.  So it’s time to say goodbye!

But first, I have to make a phone call… there’s no way I can let my parents find out about this!

Note from Mao: Poor Sade barely made it through those first two years!  She really hates college, LOL.  She never had any college-related wants.  I made her do an assignment once and it took forever.  Can you guess where she went?  I’m sure you don’t have to. :D   The Claude and Kit thing?  Casual, completely casual.  Mutual attraction, but no basis for a relationship.  But isn’t that what college is all about?  Hahaha…

Oh and sorry there’s no portrait at the top.  I messed up and moved Sade out before I grabbed it, so her makeover was complete.  D’oh.

Saunders 2 – Round 20: ‘You Turn the Screws, Pt. 4′

[Family image postponed until I can get SimPE functioning properly.  For some reason, sims are missing portraits and blank?  They have no portrait file!]

Elena was happily welcomed home by both Gordon and Lauren.  While Elena was not his biological daughter, Gordon treated her every bit as if she was of his own.  He had been worried about her situation with Fou-Lu and was thankful that she seemed to have gotten her head back and was persuing her dream.

Claude, meanwhile, took little notice to his half-sister rejoining the family.  He was too caught up in his romantic pursuits.  Senior year had been a whirlwind of action for him.  He was planning on going to University, so he had to get in as much time with the girls at high school as he could.  There would be newer and more mature conquests waiting for him on campus!

He was, however, amused by his mother’s constant prodding of Elena.  She was concerned about the situation with Fou-Lu, especially now.  They weren’t dating, but Lauren knew that they had been ‘seeing’ one another, despite their broken up status, in university.  Elena told her mother to mind her own business, that she was an adult, but Lauren couldn’t help but feel there was more to the story.

Michael knew better, in fact, he came over one afternoon to confront Elena.  After she and Fou-Lu had hooked up briefly in university, she had stopped calling him.  In fact, she downright refused to see him.  Michael had been shocked when this happened, but even more shocked when Elena opted out of moving into an apartment with him–as they had originally planned–and moving back home.  Now Michael was rooming with Fou-Lu and he wanted to know what was going on.

“Be quiet, Michael,” Elena hushed him, eyes narrowed.  Lauren was nearing them and she was worried she’d overhear.  “I’m already getting grilled by mom!”

“Is it any wonder?  What’s going on, Elena?  You’ve never been like this with me…”

“Just don’t worry about it, okay?  And tell Fou-Lu to stop calling.  We’re over.”

Everyone concerning themselves with Elena’s odd behavior had taken notice off Claude’s escapades.  Gordon no longer lectured him and his mother no longer sighed and looked disappointed.  He was leaving for University and the freedom would be welcome.  He’d leave Elena here to keep his parents preoccupied.

“I told you to stop calling,” Elena said harshly into the receiver.  Her hand fell on her stomach subconsciously and her heart tightened.  “I don’t want to see you, all right?  Just leave me alone.”

Fou-Lu was repentant and confused, but he eventually hung up and gave Elena her wish.  She hated to do this, but what other choice did she have?  She had found out she was pregnant shortly before leaving University.  Her dreams were crushed, the dancing troupe that had offered her a spot had revoked it.  They couldn’t wait nine months.

Elena couldn’t tell Fou-Lu, there was just no way.  He was barely responsible enough to handle a relationship, much less a baby.

Anderson – Round 20: ‘Turn Me Loose, Pt. 2′

Alyssa has managed to keep her son, Nevio, from faltering despite the loss of his wife Lacie.  Isolde and Adora, still young, leave their grief behind.  When they think about it, their mother really didn’t have much of a relationship with them.

Despite their age difference, Isolde spent time with Adora, whether it be tickling or talking.  Adora was beloved by everyone in the house.  It was difficult to ignore her.  Thankfully, Isolde was still young enough to be enraptured by her younger sibling’s charisma.  Later on in life, though, she might end up becoming jealous of it…

“I’m not going to be here forever, Nevio,” Alyssa warned her son.  She was trying to get him to think about settling down again, for the girls’ sake.  “What will you do then?”

Nevio made a face, “why do you always have to talk about death?  You’re just trying to bully me into another marriage.”

“Your marriage to Lacie was your own fault,” Alyssa replied sternly.  “You were the one who wasn’t careful.  The girls need a mother figure and they don’t need their father catting around.”

“They have you and that’s more than enough.  As for what I do, I’m an adult.  That’s my business.”

Isolde’s birthday crept up on them all and soon, before their very eyes, she was turning into a young lady.  Unfortunately, she took this opportunity to properly express herself.  She shunned all her former brightly lit clothing and instead found things in blacks and grays.  She dyed her hair a darker shade of brown and painted her face to match.

Alyssa was horrified, but what could she say?  Isolde was still a good girl… but her eccentricity was becoming more apparent with each passing day.

Adora, too, grew up into a lovely child.  She reminded Alyssa so much of herself at that age.  She was gorgeous, too, that was undeniable.  She was the obvious heir, that much was certain.  Isolde showed no interest in the family, but Adora, even as a small child, had been keen to persue the Anderson interests.  Alyssa was thankful that at least one of the kids turned out relatively… normal.

Isolde was growing used to people shying away from her.  She had tried to keep all her curiosities and strange thoughts to herself as a child, but now, she wouldn’t do it any longer.  She was interested in ghosts, vampires, and all things paranormal.  Her neighbor, Timothy O`Hanlon, was the same age as her and while she had been friends with his sister, she didn’t know him very well.

He was woefully normal looking, but he indulged her interests and even participated in her strange conversations.  He seemed transfixed by her oddities.

Some time later, their conversations turned towards a crush.  Without thinking, Isolde took a bold step and kissed him.  She had heard that Shelly Yu was interested in him and so had tried to keep her distance, but he was always around.  It seemed he felt the same.  But they were from very, very different worlds… not to mention what Shelly would do when she found out.

Despite being an Anderson, Isolde was ostracized from the ‘popular’ crowd due to her looks and interests.  The only time they spoke to her is when they were seeking assistance at Alyssa’s clothing boutique.  Isolde had an amazing skill with selling things, which surprised Alyssa quite a bit.

Alyssa just wished she would focus more on selling than asking silly questions.  Isolde was scolded when Alyssa caught her grilling Claude Saunders about his possibly vampiric father.  That was something no one asked about and especially not so bluntly!  There was a known strain between the Andersons and Gordon, Alyssa didn’t want it made worse by her loose-tongued granddaughter.

Isolde was a handful, to be sure.

Not near as much as her father, Nevio, though.  He spent his nights wooing fans and doing indecent things behind closed doors.  Alyssa was fed up with his actions, but what could she do?  She was beginning to feel the weight of the family on her shoulders and was worried about Adora.  How could she possibly managed to carry it once Alyssa was gone?

——————–

Note from Mao: Okay, I’m not 100% better, but I can sit at my computer, so that’s a plus!  I played this before I got sick, the pictures were waiting to be assembled into an update… so here you go!  I really enjoy Isolde and Adora looks a LOT like Alyssa so far. Also, Isolde and Timothy?  2 bolts without trying, meaning they could easily be a 3 bolt.  She is a Knowledge sim.

Saunders 2 – Round 19: ‘Blood Money, Pt. 5′

Gordon is trying to keep his children out of the crime business, but the business might have plans he hasn’t quite seen.  Lauren is struggling with the fact that she’s growing old and Gordon is still young.  Claude is too busy dating to notice anything else.

Claude wasn’t like Patrick O’Hanlon… he didn’t use women.  No, what he did was hardly using.  He fulfilled their hopes and dreams of dating him and he got the prestige that came with landing so many girls.  So when he flirted and another girl got upset, well, that was her own fault.  She set herself up for it.  Claude was not the type to settle down.

Perhaps worst of all was the fact that even when he was wooing one girl, he’d quickly leave her and start wooing another.  If he called the first girl later, she’d answer.  The slight in public was humiliating, sure, but Claude Saunders was Claude Saunders.  He came from good stock.  All anyone ever said in rebuke was, “but his dad is weird.”  And the girls all replied with, “but his dad is hot and so is Claude!”

Ahh, teen girls don’t require much in the way of anything else but looks, usually.

One night, Claude was approached by a mysterious woman.  She was older and so her approach startled him.  He’d only been messing with teen girls and wasn’t quite sure if he wanted to ‘tackle’ a fully grown woman.  But she didn’t solicit him.  Instead, with a strange accent, she said, “are you Claude Saunders?”

He couldn’t see her face for it was cloaked in darkness, but she sounded hot, so he replied, “I am.  What of it?”

“You… are of interest to u–I mean, me.  But your youth… it a problem.”  She laughed, looking him over.  There was a strange sheen to her eyes, even in the darkness.  “Perhaps another time, Claude.”

He watched her slink off and blinked.

That evening, when he came home at 2am and found his mother waiting up for him, Claude knew he was in for a lecture.  Lauren had been hassling him endlessly about his late nights.

“What about school, Claude?” She said, sighing.  “Don’t you want to go to University?”

“I do, but it’s not like it is that hard, mum,” Claude said, rolling his eyes.  “Dad will get me in.”

“No, he won’t, Claude.  I’m talking to you because I didn’t want him doing it.  Settle down, Claude.  Please.  For your own sake.  I know it’s fun to be able to be free and date… but it’s more trouble than it’s worth.  At least do some of your homework for me.”

Claude groaned, “fine, some homework.  But I’m not standing to any curfews.”

Lauren gave him a look, “you can have that discussion with your father.”

Claude blanched.  “Fine, 12 o’clock, but no earler!”

A few nights later, Lauren confronted her husband.  He had wandered up from the basement to catch the news and was completely blindsided by Lauren’s hysterical nature.

“Are you done with this yet, Gordon?” Lauren yelled, gesturing wildly.  “I’m old, if you haven’t noticed and you’re still as young as the day I met you!  This is ridiculous–the sleeping all day and out all hours of the night!  Do you know what Claude’s doing?  He’s turning into Shang!”

Gordon remained stoic, “I know what he’s doing, Lauren.  I have eyes everywhere.  And I’m not stopping now.  Michael is nearly free of this and Claude will be, too.  I don’t think you’ve gotten old, but you’ve certainly gone mad if you think you can tell me what to do.”

Without another word, he embraced her and took advantage of the fact she was startled, “stop worrying about stupid things.  I’ll take care of Claude.  But no more yelling or talk of what I may or may not be.  It isn’t going to change, Lauren.”

She allowed her shock to subside and gave a small, sad smile, “I know, but it was worth a shot.  What will you do when we’re all dead?”

“Be thankful you all lead happy lives and got there as you should–that your end wasn’t early because of this painful business.”

After dealing with Lauren, it was back to business as usual.  He got on his computer and accessed the most frequently used device of inter-PC crime communications:

vampirechairmanDC: I swear to everything, I am going to stake you for sending me this horrible woman.
necessaryevilsBS: What?  She reminds you of yourself?  I figured as much.  What’s the status of that, btw?  This’ll be the last we mention it.
vampirechairmanDC: well hooray to that!  Status?  Heh, let me show you.
vampirechairmanDC sent celia.jpg
necessaryevilsBS: Very nice.  We’ll keep in touch.
vampirechairmanDC: remember…  I’m not your garbage dump.  I’m trying to work on something here and I sure as hell am not the miracle wish foundation.  You should have just killed her.
necessaryevilsBS has logged off.

Meanwhile, Claude continued his late-night dating.  But no matter who he met, he couldn’t get the thoughts of that mysterious woman out of his mind.  Who was she anyway?  She knew his name.  A lot of people knew his name, but the way she had said it… it was almost as if she identified him not by his name, but his appearance.  Was it someone his dad knew?

Saunders 2 – Round 18: ‘Blood Money, Pt. 2′

Gordon saunders, now a vampire and a criminal mastermind, has spent his life trying to balance being both a criminal and a father.  With Elena ready to leave for college, Michael entertaining thoughts about the wrong women, and Claude developing into a teen… how is supposed to handle the fact that Roman, too, is seeking him out?

“Elena’s in trooouuuuble,” Claude said in a sing-song voice, emerging from the bathroom.

“Claude, please,” Lauren interrupted, giving her son a firm look.  “Go check on the puppies.”

Once he was gone, Elena began her frantic attempt to plead innocence, “how could he know all of this anyway?  Does he have people following me?”

“Gordon and I know plenty of people, Elena, and those people have mouths.  I can’t believe you’d allow yourself to be so…” she sighed, closing her eyes.  “It doesn’t matter, it’s unacceptable and until you leave for University, you are not to leave this house.”

“But mom!”

Lauren gave her a look, “Gordon will be home in an hour–would you rather have this talk with him?”

She frowned, head hanging, “no…”

Michael Saunders had always been incredibly quiet, but Sade O`Hanlon was a welcome change from the normal.  Unfortunately, she was also entirely too related to him to ever entertain romantic thoughts about.  It was probably for the best, as she was outgoing and enjoyed being free, whereas Michael preferred the idea of settling down.

He was heading to college early, with Elena.  He had advanced a grade and passed the tests with flying colors.  Perhaps there would be someone there warranting interest.

Michael had no idea Elena was grounded until he found her seated on the couch, chowing down on leftovers late at night.

“So, grounded, huh?”

“Yeah,” she said inbetween bites.  “It sucks, but I’m thinking.”

Michael rested against the couch, “about?”

“Just stuff, Michael.  Girl stuff.”

He cringed, “enough said.”

Despite being up late, they hadn’t heard the visitor enter the downstairs, nor had they heard the door to Gordon’s private room open and close.  No one was allowed in there but him and it was always locked.  It was with a begruding sort of reluctance that Gordon welcomed his technical newphew in.

“What do you want, Roman?” Gordon wasn’t one for beating around the bush.

“I have a delicate matter on my hands and I am fully convinced that you are the only one who can rid me of it.”

Gordon’s eyes narrowed, “…murder?”

Roman nodded solemnly, “yes, precisely.  Lacie Anderson… my brother’s wife.”

“Are you nuts?” Gordon hissed, clearly displeased.  “Do you think that just because I’m a vampire and a criminal, I’ll happily prance off and stab someone?  Hardly!  I deal in business, I move and launder money, and occassionally, I bully people into paying me for protection… but murder?  My mother was Janine Saunders… you think I’m an idiot?”

Roman quirked his eyebrow, “an idiot?  No, but I would think you could see a lucrative proposition when one is given, Gordon… and what is this madness about murder?  You killed my grandfather.”

“That was different and I’d really, truly like to see you try and take that one to court.”

“I wouldn’t dare, there is no evidence, but I know you did it… and that is why I am sure you would have no problem helping me here.”

“You say you deal in business, Gordon?  I am business and in a few years, I will own everything, including the things you claim to have your hands in.” Roman stated firmly, confidence paramount in not getting bulldozed over by Gordon the Vampire.  “I can offer you a piece of that, without the trouble, the threats, everything… if you do this for me.”

Gordon couldn’t deny it’s appeal, not one bit.  He was who he was and if he dared turn this down, word would spread.  Roman would destroy him.  So, he would do this… but he’d do it his way.

“Don’t contact me again, Roman,” Gordon said waringly, his face deadpan.  “You’ll know when it’s done… and then, and only then, will we meet again.”

Roman nodded, a reply unnecessary, and slinked out of the backdoor of the house and into the taxi, driving off.

Saunders 2 – Round 17: ‘Family Business, End’

Gordon Saunders is Boreal Spring’s resident criminal mastermind and entrepreneur, Lauren was formerly Katy Saunders and quite dead. These two already make an odd couple, but will Gordon’s newest… interest only prove to heighten the strangeness? Michael misses his mother Tracey, but he’s happy to be with his dad. Elena wants to prove her worth, but she isn’t sure to who or why. Claude is just trying to keep his head above water amidst this busy and crazy family.

Lilith had been coming over to check up on Gordon for awhile now. Gordon wasn’t a trusting sort of individual, but he did trust Tsung and therefore, by default, trusted Lilith. He had to. She was the only one who knew anything about his new ‘condition’.

“Your vulnerability to the sun light will fade,” Lilith assured him. “You just have to give it time.”

“It’s hard to do business when I can’t go out in the daytime.”

“Sheesh, you’re a workaholic. Just don’t overdo it. The changes are still going through their cycles. It isn’t instantaneous. You might want to tell your family, though. I mean, not to be rude, but you’re pasty as hell and the fangs? They show, trust me.”

Meanwhile, Lauren was frustrated. She had been trying to teach Claude to talk for awhile now with no success. She knew that he wanted to see Gordon, but that wasn’t possible right now. He wasn’t home. She sighed and took a break. Leaving her in a house with three children? Not cool.

Of course, Elena was enjoying her freedom. Gordon probably would not have taken a particular liking to the fact that she had Fou-Lu Yu in her room. She wasn’t untrustworthy, but everyone knew that teenage hormones turned good-natured children into beasts from hell.

Elena wasn’t sure why she liked Fou-Lu. They had been friends forever, but he was a little too lazy and carefree for Elena’s usual tastes. So why did she feel the way she did? It didn’t make any rational sense.

He had his moments, though. He would play her violin while she worked on backlogged homework. He was better than her, music was a natural talent with the Yu family. Fou-Lu’s own uncle Shang is a rock musician and Tsung had dabbled a bit in the violin professionally. She wasn’t envious, though. It calmed her and helped her get through the work quicker.

For being so driven to succeed, Elena sure did end up falling behind on a lot of things.

Gordon popped up at night, nearly scaring Tracey to death. The change in him was immediately noticeable, dark tan skin suddenly pasty white and the way he moved was completely unnatural. He explained to her his plan quickly as he could, as he could see she was ready to pass out.

“It just doesn’t make any logical sense to me,” Lauren lamented, unable to wrap her mind around what exactly Gordon was plotting. “How does not being able to see your family during the day help?”

“That will change with time,” Gordon said, completely confident. “Don’t question my plans, Lauren. I warned you before you even started talking about marriage.”

Lauren sighed, “I know, it’s just… I can’t understand how you could ever want to outlive your children.”

“Perhaps not… which is why it is better we stick to things we have a common understanding in.” He said suggestively.

Michael’s birthday came soon after and as he grew up, they realized that there were hints of Tracey there. Especially with his proclaimed desire to have a family. Michael was quiet still, that didn’t change at all, but he was more jovial when he spoke. After Gordon had revealed himself, Michael wasn’t sure what to think or what to say. A vampire? He hadn’t even thought they were real until that moment.

He and Elena managed to work through their own confusion together. They were more like siblings than most siblings with their close bond and eerie understanding.

Claude was very similar Michael, except where Michael was shy, Claude was the most friendly and talkative person you could ever hope to meet. He was also intensely curious. He constantly followed Gordon around, asking him questions. While Gordon wanted to be annoyed, he couldn’t. Claude was still a child and his questions were harmless. He entertained them until Claude got bored and wandered off.

Lord Snow and Princess had three puppies; Rob, Sansa, and Arya. While they remained in the basement, they definitely made the house more lively. Gordon made sure that no one got attached to the puppies, as they would leaving as soon as they were old enough. It was up to them to find good homes for them. Claude wasn’t pleased with this, he enjoyed running around and chasing the hyperactive puppies.

Note from Mao: Yay, my first litter of puppies in this hood! And yes, Gordon is a Vampire, now referred to as ‘Vampire Gordon’ anytime I talk to my fiance or Christina on Xfire. Mostly because Vampire Gordon insists of visiting all my community lots with his vampire buddies and trying to get protection money, LOL! That or he’s meeting Roman Anderson in shady places. My sims are so strange.

Davis – Round 16: ‘Dearly Departed, End’

Gordon has relocated to the house he gave Lauren, along with his son, Michael. With Elena already firmly rooted in the belief that Gordon didn’t have another wife or an actual son, can this family get along and adjust?

Gordon had finally finished setting up the basement as was needed for his ‘job’. To be honest, the relocation couldn’t have worked out better. Living in Aperture was the best thing he could have done, as now he was able to keep an eye on his people at all times… and they certainly needed it. A few were getting lax, some were murmuring, and others, well. Let’s just say Gordon wasn’t taking any chances. Unfortunately, his biggest battle of the day would be Lauren’s own ambitions.

“I just thought that maybe you’d want the baby to have your last name,” Lauren was curbing her own aggressiveness in favor of a more subtle approach.

Gordon sighed, “I just got divorced, Lauren. The last thing on my mind is getting re-married.”

“Yes, but I know you’re a criminal and I don’t care.” She began desperately, squeezing his hand. “And I’m risen from the dead, for goodness sakes! If anything, we’ve both got something to hide and we both know what that is. What problem could there be?”

Gordon relented, standing up from the couch and sighing again, “fine, fine. But it’ll be quick and quiet. You’ll have to get the rings yourself, I’m not going through that again. What do I know about jewelry? I already had Tracey’s pawned off for some jobs I’m planning.”

Despite his lackluster response, Lauren was jubilant. She nearly bowled him over, leaping into is arms–she’s quite agile, even when pregnant–and hugging him tightly. Suddenly a thought came to mind and she pulled back, her features inquistive.

“Is there a budget on my rings?”

“No.”

She leapt at him again, “yay!”

Elena wasn’t quite sure what to think about having a brother, or better yet, that Gordon had a child of his own. At first, she was angry. Gordon was supposed to be her father and hers only, but then… she met Michael. She waited for him to get off the bus. He was younger than her and unlike her, he looked exactly like Gordon.

Michael hadn’t had any preconceived notions about Elena. In fact, he still wasn’t sure what to think about his dad seemingly having a second family. He knew Elena wasn’t really his sister, but he wasn’t about to say anything about it, either. She looked an awful lot like his ‘Aunt’ Sara.

Being newly remarried did not hamper Gordon’s plans any. Lilith came to the house, late at night, and met with him on the porch. While she didn’t enjoy working with a criminal, she had to admit, it was nice to have someone interested in her work as opposed to berating it. Tsung would never understand, so she hadn’t made it a point to tell him and neither had Gordon.

“I have the information,” Lilith began, hesitance lingering in her voice. “But… I need more time. This isn’t something you just do, Gordon. They’ve been hiding for millenia. It’s going to take some work.”

“As long as it is in progress, that’s all that matters.”

“I’ll let you know when I’ve made contact.”

“Good, let’s hope it doesn’t take until the end our lives.”

“Ha! You’ve never seen me work,” Lilith boasted, eyes shining. “I’d make your two-bit lackeys beg for mercy in a heartbeat. Just watch and see, Gordon. I never fail.”

Unknowing of her new husband’s plans, Lauren gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Claude. He had all the same features as Michael, except his hair was brown, like Gordon’s. Lauren was happy to have another boy of her own, though she was fast considering Michael to be the same. He didn’t look anything like Tracey. In fact, he looked and acted like a copy of Gordon. Sometimes it was disturbing, but most of the time, it was charming and cute.
